Tower of London in the 13th Century

Victorian picture, a copy of a 13th-century drawing of the Tower of London and the river Thames. Thanks to the period’s disregard of scale and perspective, we can see horses and riders in a courtyard, a man writing in a chamber, rowing boats, and a bridge over the river.
