Victorian illustration to download showing a picture of celebrations at the opening of a new railway line in Wales – many of the crowd wear Welsh national dress. A garlanded arch has been built over the line. This is Narberth Road Station, Haverfordwest, when the South Wales Railway was extended into Pembrokeshire from Carmarthen, 1854.
