Drury Lane Theatre Interior

Victorian illustration to download showing a picture of the interior of the Drury Lane Theatre, London, in 1804, viewed from the stage, its tiers of boxes crowned by Gothic-style arches. This huge theatre, designed by the architect Henry Holland, was the third to stand on this site and was built in 1794; it burnt down in 1809.
