Coopers (barrel makers)

Victorian illustration to download showing a picture of two coopers, or barrel makers, in their workshop. One man sits on a ‘horse’ shaping a stave with a drawing knife; the other fixes the hoops. The quality of this image, though acceptable, is not perfect, as it was scanned from an early (1858), small original.
